Hd Hotel - Milan

The hotel is nice, and has wi-fi, 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and air conditioning. I remember my first stay when the staff helped me with my luggage. I highly recommend enjoying the breakfast. I'm coming back for Christmas.

The room was quiet and warm enough with local channels and it had wake-up service, that's cool. Central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel TV were provided.

their rooms are always well-maintained and functional with all comfort and french window, for example. the staff are best and offer wake up calls and ironing free of charge. would have extended the stay for generous breakfast.

Cozy courtyard giving a relaxing vibe. I appreciated the cleanliness and the helpfulness of the staff. My room was quite small, and the breakfast selection was fairly basic, which could be improved for longer stays.

They gave us wheelchair accessible room with a table and chairs, local channels and basic facilities and that was essential. Location: the hotel was near the Central Train Station, and the Duomo square.

The location is very central! Just park your car in a parking lot and take the metro to wherever you want! It was quiet in the evening so we could sleep in peace. Again and again gladly

The receptionist was rude , showing no interest in providing information about the hotel. Upon leaving for the day, I experienced a curt demand for the key. Breakfast was inadequate. They ran out of basic items like cheese and the lack of explanation made it frustrating given we had pre-paid for it.

The location is excellent, just a stone's throw from the Loreto metro station. The rooms are clean and spacious, with comfortable beds that provide a good night's rest after a long day of exploring.

Issues arose with noise levels-sounds from adjacent rooms were quite noticeable, which can be disruptive for light sleepers. The air-conditioning controls were inconsistent, leading to discomfort during hotter days. The breakfast felt basic, lacking in variety, which could be better for those staying longer. There were also some concerns regarding outdated facilities that could use a refresh, as several guests mentioned the need for refurbishment in different areas. Some complained about the drainage in the shower not functioning well.

Unlike most Italian we meet during our trip to Italy the stuff were really helpful and friendly. The room were little bit small but clean and tidy. We traveled with 2 small children and didn't have any problem except the size of the room.. Located near the bus station and you can get to Venice for about 20 min. They have also a parking space behind the hotel, free of charge.

Excellent location for a short shopping trip to be just on the shopping street: Corso Buenos Aires. Easy to get to Duomo and Central Station.
